What Phone to Buy? When buying a phone, you must first assess your needs and your budget. Some different types of phones we will explore include home office phones, cell phones, and cordless phones.

If your phone is for a home office, you may want a corded phone with speaker phone and an answering machine built in. Or, if you need your hands to be free you may get a phone with a headset so you can talk and type at the same time, especially if you are keying in orders for a customer.
If you need a phone to be portable you may want to consider a cell phone. Once again you need to know your needs and budget. If you only plan to talk on the cell phone you may want to get something basic like a flip phone. This way you don't have to pay for unnecessary features. If you need your cell phone to do more like text or email, I would recommend a full QWERTY keyboard phone. If you need your phone to do almost everything you should consider a Droid or Android phone, or the iPhone.
If you want a good phone around the house, I would recommend a cordless phone. Many of these phones allow you to have multiple lines, giving you a different ringtone so you know which line is ringing. Hopefully we have helped you consider your needs so you will be able to decide what phone to buy.
