If you want the best cell phone coverage, the best phone plan will be Verizon Wireless in many areas. However, if you are looking for the most minutes for the money, T-Mobile or Sprint may be better.
If you don't want to be locked down with a contract, the best phone plan for you might be a cheap pay as you go plan. If not, a plan with a contract might be best.
